On January 5, 2016, this Court ordered the Dallas County District Clerk to file, within twenty days, supplemental clerk's records that contain copies of the punishment charges that are signed by the trial court. To date, the supplemental clerk's records have not been filed.
Accordingly, we ORDER Felicia Pitre, Dallas County District Clerk to file, within TEN DAYS of the date of this order, supplemental clerk's records that contain copies of the punishment jury charges that are signed by the trial court judge.
We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this order to Felicia Pitre, Dallas County District Clerk, and to counsel for all parties.
