I would grant and docket this matter in order to examine the numerous procedural questions this case presents surrounding the use of expert opinions at the summary judgment stage of a case, particularly with respect to objections to such testimony. See Independent Fire Insurance Company v. Sunbeam Corp ., 99-2181 (La. 2/29/00), 755 So. 2d 226, 236
