ORDER

Elizabeth A. Copeland, Judge.

This case was originally calendared for trial at the Court's Dallas, Texas Trial Session commencing on March 22, 2021. The parties filed a Motion for Continuance on March 9, 2021. This Division of the Court granted that motion and retained jurisdiction on March 12, 2021.

On July 12, 2022, the parties filed with the Court a Joint Status Report. The parties informed the Court that Petitioner's case is being handled by The Tax Dispute Resolution Clinic of the Texas A&M Law School, and a new student-practitioner will not be assigned to Petitioner's case until the fall semester begins.

After due consideration, and for cause, it is

ORDERED that on or before October 18, 2022, the parties shall file a joint status report advising the Court of the then-present status of the case.
