An appeal having been taken herein from an order of the Family Court, Jefferson County, entered in the Office of the Clerk of said Court on June 1, 2012, and an order having been entered June 26, 2012, assigning Emily Karr Cook, Esq., to conduct the appeal and permitting respondent-appellant to appeal as a poor person,
Now, on the Court's own motion,
It is hereby ORDERED that the order entered June 26, 2012, assigning Emily Karr Cook, Esq., to conduct the appeal is vacated, and
It is further ORDERED that permission to appeal as a poor person continues for the purpose of an application for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the order of this Court entered July 19, 2013.
