The petition for belated appeal filed in this proceeding is treated as a motion for belated appeal. The motion is denied. This appeal is dismissed as untimely.

The dismissal is without prejudice to the appellant to timely file in this court a petition for belated appeal that fully satisfies the requirements of Florida Rule of Appellate Procedure 9.141(c).
