MEDIATION REFERRALS ADMINISTRATIVE ACTIONS
1. Amendments to the Multi-Count Uniform Traffic Ticket, effective January 1, 2010, were published in the October 19, 2009 Ohio Official Reports advance sheet. An errata notice and a corrected version of the Multi-Count Uniform Traffic Ticket have been published in the December 29, 2009 Ohio Official Reports advance sheet.
2. Amendments to Section 20 of the Rules and Regulations Governing Procedure on Complaints and Hearings before the Board of Commissioners on Grievances and Discipline of the Supreme Court (issuance of advisory opinions) have been adopted effective January 1, 2010. The final version of the amendments will be published in the January 11, 2009 Ohio Official Reports advance sheet.

3. Amendments to the Rules of Practice of the Supreme Court of Ohio have been adopted effective January 1, 2010. The final version of the amendments will be published in the January 11, 2009 Ohio Official Reports advance sheet.
