MEMORANDUM OPINION

By letters dated June 15, 2004, the Court notified appellants that their notice of appeal was defective and that they had not filed their docketing statement with the Court. The letters directed appellants to file an amended notice of appeal and a docketing statement with the Court within ten days of the date of the letters. The letters warned appellants that failure to comply would result in dismissal of their appeal. To date, appellants have not filed an amended notice of appeal or a docketing statement. Accordingly, the Court DISMISSES this appeal for want of prosecution. See Tex.R.App.P. 42.3.
