This case is on the calendar of the Court's May 20, 2024, trial session in New York City, New York. On May 14, 2024, the Court granted petitioner's Motion to Proceed Remotely and set the trial in this case at a date and time certain of May 21, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. (ET). On May 16, 2024, the parties filed a Proposed Stipulated Decision, which would resolve all remaining issues in this case.
In view of the foregoing and upon due consideration, it is
ORDERED that this case is hereby stricken from trial at the session of the Court scheduled to commence on May 20, 2024, in New York City, New York, at a time and date certain of 11:00 a.m. on May 21, 2024.
