ACCORDINGLY, the Individual Defendants' (Connie Bourgeois, Angela Pittman, Shannon Shampine, and Gregory Tramontin) Motion to Dismiss ³ is hereby GRANTED, and Plaintiff's claims against Gregory Tramontin, Angela Pittman, Connie Bourgeois, and Shannon Shampine are hereby DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
