MEMORANDUM OPINION

Before Justices Lang-Miers, Evans, and Brown
Opinion by Justice Lang-Miers

Before the Court is the parties' joint motion to dismiss the appeal. The parties have informed the Court that they have settled their differences and ask that we set aside the trial court's judgment and remand this case to the trial court for rendition of judgment in accordance with the parties' agreement. We grant the parties' motion, set aside the trial court's judgment signed on October 7, 2015 without regard to the merits and remand this case to the trial court for rendition of judgment in accordance with the parties' agreement. See TEX. R. APP. P. 42.1(a)(2)(B).

We note the parties' motion states the trial court's judgment was entered "on or about September 22, 2015." The record before this Court shows the trial court's judgment was signed on October 7, 2015. --------
