Appeal from order entered on January 27, 1961, granting defendants' motion to dismiss the complaint for lack of prosecution pursuant to rule 156 of the Rules of Civil Practice, unanimously dismissed, without costs. Orders, entered on January 27, 1961, granting plaintiff's motions for reargument and, upon reargument, adhering to the original decision, unanimously affirmed, with $20 costs and disbursements to the respondents. No opinion.
