Appellant Gus Tamborello, Temporary Administrator of the Estate of Jeffrey C. Weiss (the "Weiss Estate"), has filed an unopposed motion to dismiss the Weiss Estate's appeal. We grant the motion and dismiss the appeal filed by the Weiss Estate. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.1(a)(1). The appeal of Raymond James & Associates, Inc. remains pending.
