Defendant-appellant having moved for an enlargement of time to perfect the appeal taken from an amended judgment of divorce of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about March 7, 2016, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and the stipulation of the parties dated January 11, 2017, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of enlarging the time to perfect the appeal to the June 2017 Term in accordance with the stipulation of the parties, with leave to seek an adjournment of the appeal, once perfected, if so advised.
