Opinion

M.P. NO. 1595.

December 8, 1971.

Defendants are enjoined and restrained from prosecuting any foreclosure sale and all other proceedings against plaintiffs for a period of 20 days from date of this order for the purpose of permitting plaintiffs to institute proceedings for and secure a stay in the Superior Court. If the stay is not effectuated by the end of the 20 day period, the stay issued herein will be vacated and the petition for certiorari denied.
