ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL

This is an appeal from a juvenile court order adjudicating appellant a delinquent child. Eighth Judicial District Court, Family Court Division, Clark County; William O. Voy, Judge. We previously remanded this matter for the juvenile court to consider respondent's motion to vacate the delinquency adjudication and dismiss the underlying delinquency petition. We cautioned at that time that if the juvenile court entered an order on remand vacating the delinquency adjudication and dismissing the underlying delinquency petition, this appeal would be dismissed as moot. The district court has entered such an order. Accordingly, we

ORDER this appeal DISMISSED.
