ORDER

PER CURIAM

Pending before the Court is Appellant's motion to order supplementation of the record. After further consideration, the motion is GRANTED, and the appeal is abated until May 18, 2023.

It is therefore ORDERED that the trial court conduct a hearing to determine whether: a hearing was held on March 17, 2020; a record was taken for the hearing on March 17, 2020; identify the court reporter and order the record prepared and filed with the Court. If the court reporter is unable to locate the record, a letter shall be filed with the Court explaining why no record will be filed with the Court. Further, the trial court shall forward its findings to the District Clerk of Kendall County, Texas, on or before May 8, 2023. The District Clerk shall prepare and forward a supplemental clerk's record containing the findings and forward the same to this Court on or before May 1 8, 2023. Further, the transcription of the hearing shall be prepared, certified and filed with this Court on or before May 18, 2023.
