Appeal from the State Fire Marshal.

The segment of the Fire Marshal's final order placing appellant on unsupervised probation for one year is stricken. We have not been made aware of any statutory authorization for such sanctions.

In all other respects the final order is AFFIRMED.

SHIVERS, SHAW and WIGGINTON, JJ., concur.
