On April 5, 2022, the Court served an Order on the parties instructing them to on or before May 13, 2022, either file a Proposed Stipulated Decision or a Status Report with the Court informing them of the then present status of the case. On May 16, 2022, the parties filed a Settlement Stipulation and a Proposed Stipulated Decision. On May 27, 2022, the Court served and Order to Show Cause on the parties instructing them to show cause in writing why the parties' Settlement Stipulation and Proposed Stipulated Decision were filed out of time. On May 31, 2022, respondent filed a Status Report responding to the Order to Show Cause served May 27, 2022. Upon due consideration it is hereby

ORDERED that the Court's Order to show Cause filed May 27. 2022, is discharged.
