This case is currently calendared for an evidentiary hearing during the Court's January 31, 2024, Los Angeles, California, special session. Earlier today, counsel for respondent advised court personnel that the lead counsel for respondent has become ill and is unable to attend the evidentiary hearing. Counsel for respondent informally requested a continuance and also advised that petitioner's counsel does not object to the rescheduling of the hearing. Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that this case is stricken for an evidentiary hearing from the Court's January 31, 2024, Los Angeles, California, special session and this special session is canceled. It is further

ORDERED that this case will be rescheduled for an evidentiary hearing at a time and date to be determined by the Court in due course.

This Order constitutes official notice of its contents to the parties.
