JUDGMENT
Based upon the Stipulation for Entry of Judgment by and between the respective parties to this action, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, Jacobs, Malcolm Burtt, Inc. ("JMB"), plaintiff, and Elenos Produce, Inc., dba 8TH Clement Produce ("Elenos Produce") and dba Broadway Produce ("Broadway"), Hristos Artsitas, individually and Merri Ann Artsitas, individually, (collectively "defendants"), and for good cause appearing, Court hereby enters judgment in favor of JACOBS, MALCOLM BURTT, INC. and against Elenos Produce, Inc., dba 8TH Clement Produce ("8th Clement") and George Artsitas, Inc., dba Broadway Produce ("Broadway Produce"), Hristos Artsitas, individually and Merri Ann Artsitas, individually, in accordance with the terms of the parties' Stipulation for Entry of Judgment, as follows: IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED, that Judgment is entered in favor of JMB and against defendants in the total amount of $131,996.28. Of that total amount, Hristos Artsitas and Merri Ann Artsitas are jointly and severally liable for the full judgment amount; Elenos Produce is liable for $99,278.88; and Broadway Produce is liable for $32 717.40. In addition, the defendants are liable to the plaintiff for costs of suit and reasonable attorney's fees including any attorney's fees incurred in enforcement of this Judgment, per memoranda of costs to be subsequently filed, in the same proportions and to the same extent that they are liable for the judgment amount of $131,996.28.
This Court shall retain jurisdiction to enforce the terms of this Judgment and of the parties' Stipulation for Entry of Judgment.
