MEMORANDUM OPINION


By notice dated March 3, 2004, appellant was instructed to remit the required $125 filing fee for this appeal. Appellant was informed that failure to remit the fee, within ten days, would result in the dismissal of this appeal without further notice from the Court.

Also, by letter dated March 4, 2004, appellant was instructed to amend the notice of appeal to comply with the appellate rules and to file a certified copy of the judgment or order on appeal. Appellant was informed that failure to respond with the requested documents, within ten days, would result in the dismissal of this appeal without further notice from the Court. Appellant has failed to remit the fee or to respond in any manner.

On the Court's own motion, this appeal is DISMISSED for want of prosecution. See Tex.R.App.P. 42.3(b), (c).
