MOVANT'S MOTION FOR ENTRY OF JUDGMENT OF DEFAULT AGAINST RESPONDENT


NOW COMES the movant, PATRICK JACKSON, in pro se, to respectfully move this Court to enter a Judgment of Default against the United States as respondent in the above styled case, pursuant to Rule 55 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.

In support of this motion Jackson attaches a sworn declaration which he incorporates to this motion by reference.

Pursuant to Rule 55(e), and based on the facts included in the attached declaration, Jackson respectfully request that a Judgment of Default be entered by this Court against the United States in case number 04Civ. 4503 (LAK), Patrick Jackson v. USA, for failure to respond or otherwise show cause as directed by this Court in an Order issued August 12, 2004. See, ORDER atExhibit A.
