Opinion

No. 4-06-00075-CR

Delivered and Filed: March 29, 2006. DO NOT PUBLISH.

Appeal from the 187th Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas, Trial Court No. 2001-CR-1860, Honorable Raymond Angelini, Judge Presiding. Dismissed for Want of Jurisdiction.

Sitting: Catherine STONE, Justice, Sarah B. DUNCAN, Justice, Sandee Bryan MARION, Justice.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

On September 6, 2005, the trial court signed an order modifying the terms of appellant's probation. After appellant filed her notice of appeal, we ordered appellant to show cause why this appeal should not be dismissed for lack of jurisdiction because modification of probation is not appealable at the time of modification. See Basaldua v. State, 558 S.W.2d 2, 5 (Tex.Crim.App. 1977). We have received no response to our order. The appeal is therefore dismissed for want of jurisdiction.
