ORDER

PER CURIAM.

Danny R. Jackson appeals from the motion court's Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law and Judgment denying his amended Rule 24.035 post-conviction motion without an evidentiary hearing. Mr. Jackson contends the court erred in denying his motion without such a hearing because he alleged facts, not refuted by the record, establishing that he received ineffective assistance of counsel and was prejudiced. Having reviewed the briefs of the parties and the record on appeal, we conclude no reversible error occurred. A written opinion would serve no jurisprudential purpose. We have, however, provided a memorandum setting forth the reasons for our decision to the parties for their use only. We affirm the judgment pursuant to Missouri Supreme Court Rule 84.16(b) (2023).
