MEMORANDUM OPINION


This is an appeal from a judgment signed March 27, 2009. On May 28, 2009, this court ordered the parties to mediate this case. On June 24, 2009, the parties advised the court that the case had settled in mediation. On June 30, 2009, the parties filed a joint motion to dismiss the appeal in order to effectuate a compromise and settlement agreement. See TEX. R. APP. P. 42.1. The motion is granted.

Accordingly, the appeal is ordered dismissed.
