MOTION AND PROCEDURAL RULINGS

This cause is pending before the court as a discretionary appeal. Upon consideration of appellee's motion to strike appellants' memorandum in support of jurisdiction,

IT IS ORDERED by the court that the motion be, and hereby is, denied.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED by the court, sua sponte, that appellee is granted an additional twenty-five days from the date of this entry to file a memorandum in response to appellants' memorandum in support of jurisdiction.
