ORDER

ED KINKEADE, District Judge

After making the review required by 28 U.S.C. § 636(b), the Court finds that the Findings, Conclusions and Recommendation of the Magistrate Judge are correct, and they are ADOPTED as the findings and conclusions of the Court.

It is further ORDERED that Respondent's motion to strike Petitioner's objections to the Findings, Conclusions and Recommendation of the United States Magistrate Judge is DENIED.

JUDGMENT

The Court has entered its Order Accepting the Findings, Conclusions and Recommendation of the United States Magistrate Judge in this case.

It is therefore ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the habeas corpus petition is dismissed as moot.
