In the Matter of the Application of Karen Jackson, Petitioner-Appellant, For a Judgment Pursuant to Article 75 of the Civil Practice Law and Rules, v. The Department of Education of the City of New York, et al., Respondents-Respondents.


An appeal having been taken from an order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about October 23, 2018, And petitioner-appellant having moved to reinstate said appeal and for an enlargement of time to perfect same, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted, the dismissal vacated, the appeal reinstated, and the time to perfect said appeal is enlarged to the January 2020 Term.
