ORDER OF DISMISSAL

On May 15, 2023, respondent filed a Motion to Dismiss on Grounds of Mootness requesting that this case be dismissed as moot on the ground that the 2010 and 2011 tax liability for which petitioner made a claim for relief pursuant to section 6015 has a zero balance. In the motion, respondent states that petitioner does not object to the granting of the motion.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Dismiss on Grounds of Mootness is granted and this case is dismissed.
