Upon further consideration of respondent's reply to the Court's Order to Show Cause, issued September 30, 2022, and there appearing that no copy of the notice of deficiency issued to petitioner Michelle W. Jackson is contained in the Court's record in this case, it is

ORDERED that, on or before November 21, 2022, respondent shall file a supplement to his above-referenced reply and attach thereto a copy of the notice of deficiency issued to petitioner Michelle W. Jackson for her 2018 tax year.
