Upon due consideration of respondent's Motion to Close on Ground of Duplication, filed October 20, 2022, it appearing that the petition in this case challenges the same notices of deficiency that petitioners challenge in their cases at Docket Nos. 20534-21S and 37950-21S, that stipulated decisions were entered in petitioners' cases at Docket Nos. 20534-21S and 37950-21S on September 1 and 2, 2022, respectively, and petitioners having no objection to the granting of respondent's motion, it is

ORDERED that respondent's above-referenced motion is granted in that this case is dismissed on the ground of duplication.
