Before the Court is appellants' May 10, 2023 opposed third motion for extension of time to file their brief. Appellants note they have filed a motion to determine jurisdiction, and they seek the extension, in part, pending determination of that motion.
We GRANT the motion to the extent that we SUSPEND the brief deadline pending disposition of the motion to determine jurisdiction. The Court will set a new deadline for the brief should it determine it has jurisdiction.
