The petition for review is granted. The matter is transferred to the Court of Appeal, Second Appellate District, Division Three, with directions to vacate its order denying mandate and to issue an alternative writ to be heard before that court when the proceeding is ordered on calendar.
The stay previously issued by this court is to remain in effect pending further order of the Court of Appeal.
