Appeals having been taken to this Court by the respective defendants from orders of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about October 5, 2017 (M-2613) and October 6, 2017 (M-2614), respectively, And the respective defendants having moved for consolidation of the aforesaid appeals, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of permitting appellants to prosecute the consolidated appeals upon 9 copies of one record and one set of appellants' points covering the consolidated appeals. The attention of the parties is directed to 22 NYCRR § 600.11.
