STIPULATED JUDGMENT
The parties hereby stipulate, by and through their respective counsel of record and subject to the approval of the Court, to Judgment herein as follows:
1. Without prejudice to any claims for damages for or an injunction against an infringement of U.S. Patent Nos. 4,636,580 and 4,670,771 accruing after the date of c of this Judgment, all claims for damages for any infringement of U.S. Patent Nos. 4,636,580 and 4,670,771 through the date of entry of this Judgment are dismissed wit prejudice.
2. All claims for any infringement of U.S. Patent Nos. 4,970,576, 4,483,810 a 4,505,418 are dismissed with prejudice.
3. The Generation V Add-A-Pak modules of the design disclosed by Defenda International Rectifier Corporation ("Rectifier") to Plaintiff during discovery in this do not infringe any claim of U.S. Patent Nos. 4,636,580 and 4,670,771.
4. Plaintiff IXYS Corporation shall take nothing on its claims in this action.
5. Each party to this action shall bear its own costs and attorneys' fees. Rec hereby releases any claim it might otherwise bring based on Plaintiff's filing or ma this action.
6. Each party waives any right to appeal from this Judgment.
The foregoing is ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED.
