MEMORANDUM OPINION


Bret Lee Ivey was convicted of possession of child pornography. See Tex. Penal Code Ann. § 43.26 (Vernon 2003). Punishment was assessed at five years' imprisonment and a $5000 fine. Appellant, who is not indigent, did not file a brief. Absent briefs, no issues are before us. Finding no fundamental error, we affirm the trial court's judgment.
