Upon the papers filed in support of the motions, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motions are granted, without costs, the dismissal of the proceeding is vacated (see 22 NYCRR 1250.10 [c]), and the time to perfect the proceeding is extended to March 14, 2022. No further extensions of time to perfect the proceeding will be granted absent an unanticipated excuse for the delay.
