On February 9, 2022, respondent filed a status report and informed the Court that the parties require additional time for respondent to consider petitioner's offer in compromise and whether petitioner's collection due process request was timely made.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before May 27, 2022, the parties shall file a proposed stipulated decision or respondent shall file a further status report.
