Action to recover damages for personal injuries sustained as a result of the defendant's alleged negligence, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of New Haven and tried to the jury before Burns, J.; verdict and judgment for the plaintiff, from which the defendant appealed to this court. Affirmed.
