ORDER

¶2 IT IS ORDERED:
¶3 That the petition for review is denied. The Petitioner's "Motion to Expedite the Review," "Motion for Financial Compensations," "Motion for Discretionary Review" and "Motion for Supplemental Information" are also denied.
