TRUSTS, § 249where plaintiff's action to impress trust on securities is barred by laches. Where plaintiff executrix waited approximately five years before filing complaint in chancery asking that certain amount of speculative securities be declared impressed with trust in her favor, without explaining delay in filing, held that long delay in bringing plaintiff's action was bar to any relief under doctrine of laches.

Appeal from the Circuit Court of Cook county; the Hon. JOSEPH A. GRABER, Judge, presiding.

Decree affirmed. Heard in the third division, first district, this court at the October term, 1944.
