Bill by conservator of incompetent to recover money paid by incompetent and to establish lien on land. Decree for complainant.

Error to the Superior Court of Cook county; the Hon. Charles M. Foell, Judge, presiding. Heard in the first division of this court for the first district at the March term, 1925.
