This case was calendared for trial during the Court's March 6, 2023, Atlanta, Georgia, trial session. On November 4, 2022, petitioner filed a Motion for Continuance (Doc. 24). By Order served November 4, 2022, among other things, petitioner's Motion was granted, and the undersigned judge retained jurisdiction.
On March 22, 2024, the parties filed a Joint Status Report (Doc. 34). Upon due consideration, it is hereby
ORDERED that, on or before June 24, 2024, the parties shall file with the Court a joint report (or, if that is not expedient, then separate reports) describing the status of the case.
