The reporter's record is overdue. The record was originally due January 6, 2023. On January 10, 2023, we notified Sasha Brooks, Court Reporter, 291st Judicial District Court, that the reporter's record was overdue, and we directed Ms. Brooks to file the reporter's record by February 9, 2023. As of the date of this order, the reporter's record has not been filed, and Ms. Brooks has not communicated further with this Court concerning this appeal.
We ORDER Sasha Brooks, Court Reporter, 291st Judicial District Court, to file the reporter's record by MARCH 8, 2023. If the reporter's record is not filed by March 8, 2023, we may order the trial court to hold a hearing and determine why the reporter's record has not been filed.
