The Court has determined that it should decline to accept jurisdiction in this case. See Brown v. McKinnon, No. SC07-2069, 2008 WL 763696 (Fla. Mar. 24, 2008) (denying review of Brown v McKinnon, 964 So. 2d 173 (Fla. 3d DCA 2007)). The petition for review is therefore denied. No motion for rehearing will be entertained by the Court. See Fla.R.App.P. 9.330(d).
