ORDER

PURSUANT TO STIPULATION, IT IS SO ORDERED that:

1. All claims in the Complaint of Intuit Inc. ("Intuit") against G7 Productivity Systems, Inc. ("G7 Productivity") are hereby dismissed with prejudice;

2. Intuit and G7 Productivity shall each bear its own costs and attorneys' fees in connection with the prosecution and defense of the above-referenced claims; and

3. Any rights Intuit or G7 Productivity may have to appeal from any order entered in this action or from this dismissal are waived.
