JUDGMENT
It is hereby ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED: That for the reasons stated in the Court's Memorandum Opinion and Order dated December 30, 2020, the Defendant's motion to dismiss the AC is granted, Count Three, asserting a claim under the Defend Trade Secret, is dismissed pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(b)(6), and the Court declines, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. section 1367(c)(3), to exercise supplemental jurisdiction of the remainder of Plaintiff's claims. Plaintiff's motion for a preliminary injunction is denied, and the TRO issued on November 30, 2020 (docket entry no. 32), is dissolved; accordingly, this case is closed. Dated: New York, New York
