International Finance Corporation, Plaintiff-Appellant, v. Carrera Holdings Inc., and Carrera, S.P.A., Defendants-Respondents.
Plaintiff purports to have taken an appeal from a decision of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about June 30, 2016, And, plaintiff having also taken appeals from two additional orders of said Supreme Court, both entered on or about June 24, 2016, And, plaintiff having moved for an enlargement of time to perfect all of the aforesaid appeals, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of enlarging the time to perfect the two appeals taken from orders entered on or about June 24, 2016 to the December 2017 Term.
So much of the motion which seeks an enlargement of time to perfect the appeal taken from the decision entered on or about June 30 2016 is denied, without prejudice to a timely appeal taken from a duly entered and served order or judgment, based on the Court's decision (CPLR 5512).
