Case followed.

Plaintiff appealed from a judgment of the district court for St. Louis county, C.R. Magney, Judge, decreeing that a service of summons and levy under writ of attachment be vacated and set aside. Affirmed, following International Milling Co. v. Columbia Transportation Co. 189 Minn. 507, 250 N.W. 186.

For the reasons given in the previous opinion and upon authority of that opinion, the judgment appealed from is affirmed.
