STIPULATION OF DISMISSAL WITH PREJUDICE


Pursuant to Fed.R.Civ. p. 41(a)(1), Plaintiff Integrated Circuit Systems, Inc., and Defendants-Counterclaimants Realtek Semiconductor Co., Ltd. and Avance Logic, Inc. hereby stipulate to the dismissal of all claims and counterclaims in the above-captioned action with prejudice and with each party bearing its own costs, fees, and expenses.

ORDER DISMISSING ALL CLAIMS AND COUNTERCLAIMS WITH PREJUDICE

Pursuant to the stipulation of the parties, the Court hereby dismisses this action with prejudice each party shall bear its own costs, fees, and expenses.
